The PROTON Young Talent (Management Trainee) Programme is now open for applications! 🚗 This is a one-year, structured development programme designed to get graduates job-ready quickly through real exposure, not theory alone. You’ll rotate across functions, work on actual projects, and learn directly from experienced leaders. The programme combines hands-on work, formal development, and coaching before permanent placement within PROTON. It’s built for people who want to learn fast and take responsibility early. PROTON is looking for graduates with at least a Second-Class Upper, good communication skills in English, and clear evidence that you’ve been active beyond academics.
