𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐘𝐓𝐏) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒/𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 The Young Talent Program is an accelerated two-year structured learning initiative designed to cultivate young, talented Malaysian graduates into becoming future leaders within Agrobank. 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 1. Maximum age of 25 years old at the point of intake. 2. Malaysian fresh graduates or those with not more than 6 months of working experience. 3. Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in relevant courses (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Shariah, Agriculture, Economics, Marketing, IT, Psychology) from Institutions of Higher Education (IHE). 4. Minimum CGPA of 3.50. 5. Minimum Band 4 of the Malaysian University English Test (MUET). To facilitate applications, we have included a QR code on the PDF poster attached.
