The ‘Sesi Sihat Bersama Masyarakat (SEHATI) Bait Al-Mawaddah’ programme is a collaborative initiative between the Faculty of Health Sciences (FSK), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Bait Al-Mawaddah, aimed at raising awareness and knowledge about health care while also providing free health screening services to Bait Al-Mawaddah residents and nearby residents. The first session of this programme was held on 19 Oktober 2024 from 9 in the morning until 1 in the afternoon. Activities carried out included a health talk by an FSK dietitian and free health checks, such as nutritional assessment, hearing screening tests, and cancer checks for breast and scrotal health. The Audiology programme sent 7 students, and it was also attended by Dr Wan Syafira Ishak, Head of the Audiology Programme, FSK, UKM and Puan Nur’Izzati Md Yusoff, Audiological Clinical Officer, FSK UKM.
