1. Keep clear while running
Never place hands, clothing or tools near belts and fans. Do not spray water, lubricant or dressing onto a moving belt.
运行时保持距离
发动机运行时手、衣物和工具远离皮带风扇，禁止向运动皮带喷水、润滑剂或皮带蜡。
2. Record the operating trigger
From the driver seat note cold start, rain, steering input, air-conditioning load and engine speed. Record sound from a safe distance.
记录触发工况
在驾驶位记录冷启动、雨天、转向、空调负荷与转速的关系，从安全距离录音。
3. Inspect only with engine off and cold
Look for glazing, cracks, fraying, contamination and misalignment without moving a tensioner or rotating the engine.
熄火冷车后目视
查看发亮、裂纹、毛边、污染与跑偏，不操作张紧器，也不手动转动发动机。
4. Tow for combined warnings
Battery warning, rising temperature, smoke, burning smell or broken belt can mean loss of alternator or water-pump drive. Stop and tow.

电瓶灯、水温上升、烟雾、焦味或皮带断裂可能表示发电机或水泵失去驱动，应停车拖车。
