1. Park and expose each tread
Park on level ground, engage the brake and turn the front steering once each way so the inner and outer tread become visible.
停车并检查完整胎面
在平地停车并拉手刹，前轮分别向两侧打满一次，让内外侧花纹都能看到。
2. Measure more than one groove
Measure the centre and both shoulders at three points around every tyre. Replace at the legal wear bars; uneven wear needs pressure, alignment or suspension diagnosis.
多点测量花纹
每条轮胎在中央与两侧胎肩各测三处；达到磨耗标记必须更换，不均匀磨损需要检查胎压、定位或悬挂。
3. Read the sidewall and date
Look for cuts, exposed cords, deep cracking, bulges and impact marks. Read the four-digit production week/year code and ask a tyre professional about age-related replacement.
检查侧壁与生产日期
寻找割伤、帘线外露、深裂纹、鼓包和撞击痕；读取四位生产周／年份代码，并由轮胎店评估老化更换。
4. Stop for structural damage
Do not drive on a bulge, exposed cord, split sidewall or rapidly losing tyre. Fit the approved spare or arrange towing.
结构损伤立即停用
发现鼓包、帘线外露、侧壁开裂或快速漏气时不要继续驾驶，应换合规备胎或安排拖车。
