1. Confirm it is user-serviceable
The manual must show a replaceable halogen bulb and access cover. Stop if it identifies LED, HID, xenon, high voltage or bumper removal.
确认可以自行更换
手册必须明确显示可更换卤素灯泡和检修盖；若标注 LED、HID、氙气、高压或需要拆保险杠，则停止操作。
2. Cool and isolate
Lights and ignition off, key removed. Let the lamp cool completely. Photograph the connector and retaining clip before removal.
冷却并断电
关闭灯光和点火并取走钥匙；等待灯具完全冷却，拆卸前拍下插头和固定卡簧位置。
3. Do not touch the glass
Disconnect the plug, release the cover/clip and remove the bulb by its base. Fit the exact type without touching its glass.
不要触摸玻璃
拔下插头，松开防尘盖或卡簧，并握住底座取出灯泡；装入完全相同型号，手不能触摸玻璃。
4. Align and test
Seat the tabs in their original orientation, refit the seal, connect and test low/high beam. A poor beam pattern or condensation needs professional correction.
对齐并测试
按原方向对齐定位片，装回密封和插头，再测试近远光；光型异常或灯内起雾时需要专业处理。
